The first is quite simply the change in weather. The air is dryer and colder which causes our scalps to loose moisture, this dryness can cause damages to the hair follicles. A change in season can also affect our diets and drinking habitats. In summer, we are more cautious to keep our hydration levels high by drinking plenty of water. We tend not to focus on this as much when it is cold, and our dehydration can affect our hair growth.
