Postage and packaging is INCLUDED for UK Mainland addresses for orders over £16. Orders under £16 are subject to a £5.00 postal charge. If you require your order as soon as possible, please select the “Express Delivery” box on the product shop page, this option adds £5 per order. Normal delivery is by Royal Mail Track and Trace which takes approximately 3-4 working days. Express Delivery is by Royal Mail Track and Trace 24 hour service, BUT IS NOT GUARANTEED.

Orders placed before 12 noon are processed the same day (except at weekends or on Public Holidays). Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received after 12 noon on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday – provided it’s a working day. For orders outside the UK, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
