Deliveries

Postage and packaging is INCLUDED for UK Mainland addresses for orders over £16. Orders under £16 are subject to a £5.00 postal charge. If you require your order as soon as possible, please select the “Express Delivery” box on the product shop page, this option adds £5 per order. Normal delivery is by Royal Mail 48 which takes approximately 2-3 working days. Our Express Delivery service uses Royal Mail 24 Track and Trace which normally takes 24 hours but this is not guaranteed by the Post Office. Orders placed before 12 noon are processed the same day (except at weekends or on Public Holidays). Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received after 12 noon on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday – provided it’s a working day. For orders outside the UK, please allow 10-15 days for delivery. The drop down menu in the shopping section details the countries where we ship to. We endeavour to deliver your orders on time, but circumstances beyond our control (strikes, bad weather etc) may occur and in these instances we are not able to guarantee our delivery service.
